These Canadian lynx ears snap right into your hair! These ears are eco-friendly--they were reclaimed from being a fur industry discard, and instead of going into an incinerator or landfill, they've become part of my art! And, as has been my practice for over a decade, part of the money will go to a nonprofit group that benefits wildlife and their habitats.

Rather than tying on with leather straps, these ears snap onto one's hair with barrettes on the undersides of the ears; because of the barrettes and the fluffiness of the fur, these do work best if you either have thick hair, or will be wearing other accouterments on your head, though just about anyone can wear them (give yourself some time to figure out how your pair of ears will fit you best!).

Bobcat ears are generally about 1 1/2" x 2" tall. The second is ONLY a sample to show how this type of ears generally fits.

The ears I make are from salvaged craft-quality faces; I have done my best to repair damage and reshape the ears. However, please allow these ears to have their odd little idiosyncracies, like each ear deciding it wants to point in a *slightly* different direction. It gives them quirky personality!

The majority of my supplies are from secondhand sources, such as old fur and leather coats, or beads from old jewelry. Everything made with animal parts is given a full ritual purification according to my spiritual path.
